Because
1.) My chunky monkey girls get their thighs stuck in the Bumbo seat
2.) They both need to join Cirque du Soleil for their contortion skills
3.) Audrey has learned to unbuckle herself
4.) The swing barely swings on full power
Can you believe these are the same little babies? And yes, I was too afraid to even turn the swing ON back then!

I know what you mean. Our little man is almost 7 months...he has grown up too fast. I love your girls...they are too cute!

time flies...i wish i had a clue where it went, because then mayeb i could figure out a way to get some of it back.
ReplyDeleteyou know what is so funny about you getting rid of the bumbos? my little ones just pulled theirs back out + want to sit in them ALL the time!
I can remember the mixed feelings I had when we started filtering out the multiple swings/bouncies and other items that took up so much space. Excited to see how much space we could live in again but sad knowing that a stage of their baby days was passing by. I hate to say it, but time just goes by faster the older they get. Such a cliche, but oh so true!
ReplyDeleteYou have a lot more room without all of that big baby gear though, right? We took down our swings about a month ago because they just weren't getting used and man do they take up a lot of room! Ugh.

ReplyDeleteSo cute. I was very sad when I retired those items for my little man too. I can't believe I am already planning his 1st birthday party! They do grow up so fast, don't they? Your girls are so beautiful. I enjoy watching them grow on your blog.
