You Asked It: Part Three

In case you missed my earlier You Asked It, catch up on Part One and Part Two...

How do I put my scrapblog page on my blog as the header?
This is how I do mine, there may be an easier way to do it - but I rarely ever do the easier thing :)
1. Create your scrapblog page
2. Hit the Ctrl and Prt Scr buttons at the same time, while viewing your scrapblog. This basically takes a picture of your whole screen.
3. Open up whatever photo editing software you have on your PC (Pain, Photoshop, etc). Paste your screen shot into it.
4. Crop out your Scrapblog page and save it to your computer.
5. Go to your blogger layout, click on the spot for Header, and upload your picture.

I noticed that your profile said not too long ago you are a newly single mom (or something along those lines). I'm a fairly new reader and have been curious about what happened to your relationship.
Long story short - I got tired of having three children. You can read about that here.

Do you make your own food or buy jars? What brand? Also, how much do the girls drink in their various bottles?
I buy jarred food. I try to buy the organic, but I realize that is not always possible. I alternate between Gerber, Earth's Best and Beechnut. The girls are staring on finger foods now. We do organic Mum-Mums, puffs, yogurt melts, Yo-baby yogurt, and they just tried waffles. The only foods I've made so far are pumpkin and avocado. Try www.wholesomebabyfoods.com for some great info! Oh, and the girls drink 5-6oz per bottle.

How do you stay so organized?
I don't have clutter in my house. If I don't need it, I sell it, recycle it, donate it or throw it away. I've always been very conscious of time, and strive to always be early or at least on time. Oh, and I also rarely have time to do my makeup or hair anymore :)

Do twins run in your family? Or were you totally surprised? I don't know how you do it with two.
Yes, they do. But I also suffer from PCOS and did one round of Clomid. I guess I'm lucky I didn't end up with 6! No, I wasn't too surprised. I begged my OB for an early ultrasound because I was so sure I was having twins.

How long does Audrey have to wear her helmet?
10-12 weeks. We go next week, which is areound 9 weeks, to find out how much longer.

WHEW! I think I've answered all questions asked. If there are any more, post them here!

  1. I have a Blogger question - how are you able to post so many pics? I can't post more than 5 at a time. Thanks!

  3. You can save your scrapblog pages on your computer. There is also an option to post straight to blogger.

But thanks for teaching me how to do a screenshot! I could have used it so often in the past. It will come in quite useful!

  4. What has been the best/most fun milestone that the girls have hit so far?

Why did you decide to start blogging?
