Halloween

So now that I already have the girls' birthday planned (yes, I'm just that good), I've moved onto Halloween. Oh who am I kidding - I've been thinking of Halloween costumes for this year since last Halloween. I want us to dress up as a theme, since last year was my first year of my entire life that I didn't dress up for Halloween. My original thought was to dress the girls as bears and for me to go as Goldilocks:

But I can't seem to find an appropriate Goldilocks costume!

Throw me some ideas of what we should go as for Halloween!!

  1. The girls could be sheep and you could be Little Bo Peep.

  2. Oh my gosh this post made me LOL! I am a nestie, I have been following for a little while. Your little girls are so precious! Anyway, you all could go as a wizard of oz theme or I have seen lots of baby yoda costumes out there for a star wars theme!

  3. Good luck finding any adult costumes that don't scream "Five dolla, make you holla!"

  4. Just throwing out ideas here:
** Mama bear and her cubs
    ** Winnie the Pooh theme
    ** Pumpkins
    ** Minnie mouse
    ** Animal theme
    ** Lady bugs
    ** Fairy(s)

I looked on the website: http://www.costumes4less.com and at the children's section.

Good Luck! Now you have gotten me in the mood to look at halloween stuff :o

  5. ugh I may try and steal some ideas from your post. I have no clue. as you know, ours was born immediately before halloween unexpectedly so we missed it last year. Try and think of things that are limited to only 3 characters and that easily identifiable. Like 3 little pigs (pink sweatsuits they could wear again, one of those pipe cleaners each as a tail, and cardboard ears on a headband, simple and cheap).. Or leave yourself out of it and let them shine! characters that go in twos, like raggedy ann and andy, minnie and mickey mouse, jack and jill, etc.
