Oh, It's 2013?

I swear 2012 flew by, and I have a feeling that 2013 will as well. I'm so behind on blogging (I still have to pick a winner for the Mailpix prize, plus I have another review & giveaway to post about), and I've missed out on basically the last month of my Google Reader of all my blogging friends.

I suppose my first post of the new year should be about goals, eh? Let's keep them short & simple.

  1. I've lost 14 pounds - I have 20 more to go. I can do this.
  2. I need to pick up my actual camera more than once or twice a month. I seem to be in a rut, though. I used to take pictures on a daily basis, and I only took them once the entire month of December. I'm going to regret that. It doesn't help that the camera on my phone is decent, and always available.
  3. Calm down. Seriously. I'm high strung (thanks, dad), and I let my kids get to me too often.
And that's it. Pretty simple goals. And since I've slacked for a month of posting, I'm going to do a quick phone dump re-cap to catch y'all up. I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season, and I wish you all the joy in this new year.
Love these Christmas PJs!
Most adorable program ever - Audrey was so shy, and Natalie was crazy (and picking her nose)

  2. Toby - we just used our home made play dough, rolled it flat, push the girls' hands in them, and then I cut around the edges with a butter knife. I took a straw and poked a hole in the top, and then baked them in the oven (on an aluminum foil wrapped cookie sheet) at 200 for about 4 hours (you may need more or less depending on the thickness of your dough). I then painted them with acrylic paints and a paint pen.
