I swear 2012 flew by, and I have a feeling that 2013 will as well. I'm so behind on blogging (I still have to pick a winner for the Mailpix prize, plus I have another review & giveaway to post about), and I've missed out on basically the last month of my Google Reader of all my blogging friends.
I suppose my first post of the new year should be about goals, eh? Let's keep them short & simple.
- I've lost 14 pounds - I have 20 more to go. I can do this.
- I need to pick up my actual camera more than once or twice a month. I seem to be in a rut, though. I used to take pictures on a daily basis, and I only took them once the entire month of December. I'm going to regret that. It doesn't help that the camera on my phone is decent, and always available.
- Calm down. Seriously. I'm high strung (thanks, dad), and I let my kids get to me too often.
And that's it. Pretty simple goals. And since I've slacked for a month of posting, I'm going to do a quick phone dump re-cap to catch y'all up. I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season, and I wish you all the joy in this new year.

Love your pics! Do you have instructions for the play dough hand ornaments- they are cute!
ReplyDeleteToby - we just used our home made play dough, rolled it flat, push the girls' hands in them, and then I cut around the edges with a butter knife. I took a straw and poked a hole in the top, and then baked them in the oven (on an aluminum foil wrapped cookie sheet) at 200 for about 4 hours (you may need more or less depending on the thickness of your dough). I then painted them with acrylic paints and a paint pen.
ReplyDeleteWith their hair straight, both the girls look so much like you! :)
ReplyDeleteAlso Corbin does look ridiculously cute in his overalls/dungarees :)
Happy new year!
